Text-Back:  Every incoming caller receives a “text-back” message from the ring-u system such as: “Our COVID business hours are…”

 

Text-Request:  Information may be requested from your ring-u system by the caller. Example: "press 3 to get directions with google map link texted to this number" 

​

5¢ per text paid with wallet balance, or as low as 2.5¢ per text with one of our prepaid TEXT/SMS plans.
